Please (in detail) describe the incident: On the early hours of Friday 25th June, myself and a friend were fishing. After the fishing trip, we travelled to the fishing shop to sell our fish. Upon arriving, I ask my friend to watch my car. His car happened to be unlocked as Billy Stevens is seen in the clip, which is from his perspective, running towards us and searching my friends vehicle, whilst taking fish from the trunk. During this, he hasn’t said a word. Once I realised he was searching the vehicle, I drew my pistol, and told him to stop, so that I could RP the situation out, and hopefully get my friends fish back. Once the gun was pulled, Billy stevens did comply and raise his hands, but even after me asking ‘what are you doing?’ he’s still stayed silent, with just seconds later, his friends, who weren’t even involved in the situation, and without initiating any RP with myself or anyone around us, shot me and my friend. After this, my other friend (Barry Douglas) also came to the fishing shop to sell fish, unaware of what had just happened. Upon his arrival, Billy and his friends just started shooting at him. No RP whatsoever, no warning, absolutely nothing. Also, you can clearly hear Jaffa Benitez using a voice changer throughout the incident. I believe that is also FailRP as his character's normal voice is NOT equipped with a voice changer, and if this were to be a RL situation, I am pretty sure we would hear his normal voice, not some voice changer he picks and chooses to use every so often.
Please note, this issue was attempted to be resolved on teamspeak. However, Billy stevens seemed to find it ammusing as he accused me of not knowing the rules.
Also, I must emphasise on the fact that this footage is from Billy Stevens, and was retrieved from his reply to a seperate report on himself.

What exactly are you reporting ME for here? My name doesn't need to be included in this report. I valued my life, complied with your demands (as you stated), and I'm being reported. For what exactly? Please explain.

There is already a report currently up regarding this situation.

In this clip that is not me with the voice changer. That guy is southern and I am Northern. Also my voice is more nasally and doesnt sound like this at all

After submitting, I realised being told by someone wasn't enough to put you in the title and report, hence me changing the title to unknown. Unfortunately, could not remove your name from the detailed report of the incident. I am sure it was an azteca however.

okey i think i can keep this one short seeing that i have already dealt with a report against the same player regarding the same situation 



in this report i stated that the shooting at the pink car cannot be seen as RDM due to the fact that this group was already engaged in hostile roleplay with the group.

@Gecko_ could not have known that this player wasnt aware of the situation and therefore shot and killed the driver of the car.

im sad to say that this is a case of bad timing.

as for the shooting.

i do not have any id's available in order to deal with the initial gunfight however...

hostile roleplay (quality roleplay) was initiated by the owners of the pink car of what they opened the trunk.

the group was allowed to shoot seeing that they had a gang member at gun point and his life was being treatened.

as for the voice changer i have no proof who this was so i cant do much against it.
