Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was just driving around the city going to get some armor when this guy who ran into me while he was in the wrong lane, started being annoying and rude. I shot and killed him but the NHS picked him up. When I was just standing at the side of the road checking footage to see if I was in the wrong or he was, he crashed into me and starting being annoying again so I killed him again and took him to the pier only to realise that when I arrived he logged out

I have reviewed the evidence provided above and checked our logs and I can confirm that the individual in question did indeed combat log after you killed him twice.

In the second video, you can also hear the same individual clearly break out of character.
