PLR 16 Weapon not working

When shooting the PLR 16 only 1 mag can be shot and then the weapon is not able to be reloaded as shown:

Yes this is still an issue however the weapon does reload now but not correctly. It seems to take around 10 seconds after the mag has been fired to reload:
