Please provide full detail and evidence: Put down a bet of 50k and got given an 8 & 7, but said my hand was 34 not allowing me to hit! As you can see end of the clip it says im bust and I lose the 50k even thoe im on 15!

@Marcel RobertoLooking at the video, the dealer gets a 6,4,6 = 16
 

On your video it shows you having the option o hit by pressing space bar, but you decide to stand (keep 15)

So even though it incorrectly sad you had 34 (when you had 15) you had the option to hit but didn't plus the dealer won so that is why you didn't get any money.

So in this case the compensation request is going to be denied.
