Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was standing on one of our trucks while on turf when a guy comes over and asks "what's happening around here?" and also says " I want to join your gang". After being told to move along and that it has nothing to do with him, he then leaves in a black phantom and then proceeds to come back and attempt to ram our trucks and kill some of us, after going up the hill and then coming back down he then deliberately swerves into me and kills me. when approached by my other gang members, you can hear a voice through his mic saying "you killed him" and then he says "I'm gonna disconnect" and leaves the server.

@TheNeonRaiderPlease can you confirm that the date and time the incident occurred. I am looking at your player 'Danny Bacon' and can't see you logged in with the ID 267?

It happened the day the video was uploaded so it must of been on the 13th not the 12th my mistake

Hello @TheNeonRaiderLooking through our logs, I cannot find you as being the id 267 at within the past month. Are you sure this is the character you were on?

yes this is my only crim character i play and you can see in the video my id at the time was 267

Right, I haven't forgot about this report, I am just trying to figure out why the ID doesn't match the times etc. Bear with me.

Hello @TheNeonRaideragain, sorry for the delay. On the upside, we have finally figured out the issue on our end that was causing this to take so long. Won't go into detail but needless to say that we have rectified the problem so I can finally put this report to bed!
