Please (in detail) describe the incident: Second day into the city, familiarising with actions, I was fixing my car. 404 deliberately runs me over in Sandy Shores in front of a store, then backs up and runs me over again as I was about to get up and off he/she goes. I Called NHS but none were available and had to respawn. Lost all default items plus around 4k in cash, some food, a radio and Taxi license. I did not have a chance to talk to 404 because he/she ran away.

I don't see any evidence whatsoever regarding the situation as described above. A screenshot is not going to help when you are reporting someone for RVDM.

• At least one form of physical proof (i.e a video or screenshot) so we can make the best judgement possible.
  
• 3-5 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs. The only exception to this is blatant rulebreaks.

@PaulStarghe Would you be able to provide me with what I have stated above?

A couple of days have passed without any additional evidence for me to continue with this report.
