Please (in detail) describe the incident: At around 17:35 hours on the 26th July 2021 Sgt. Avion SOALR of the Los Santos Polcie Service was on patrol under the callsign A-1 riding a marked police BMW 1200 RT when he witnessed a black fusillade driving dangerously on Innocence BLV. A pursuit began and the driver failed to stop however after about one and a half minuets the vehicle broke down on the motorway and a taser challenge was made. it was at this point the driver of the vehicle disconnected.
Due to the drive discconecting there was no was of resonably contacting them about the incident as there identity other than thier session id was unknown

From what I can see, the correct session ID for this reported individual would have been 170 as seen in the video, not 180.

It clearly shows you chasing the reported individual and once he has no place to run anymore, he decides to disconnect from the server which is a clear case of combat logging.

Alternative Action Taken
The person that is being reported has already been permanently banned from our server for different reasons, I will be adding this report to their record.
