Please (in detail) describe the incident: Ran to speak to a man in a pink car, was running back to get my car and respond to a dispatch when two guys in a black car randomly drove into me and then continued to drive off. i was able to get one of their ID numbers.

Hello there and thank you for submitting a player report.

From what I can see, the intentions of the reported individual are very clear.

He sees you walking on the pavement and instead of just driving a straight line, he decides to steer into you and hit you.

The individual in question then drives off as nothing has happened.
