Please (in detail) describe the incident: Didn't have any footage myself but got it from Raptor. Right before the incident they rdm'd Roo (His report is waiting for video to be uploaded) so was looking for them. We then found them next to the truck shop in Le Port.
I then proceeded to jump out of my car and started initiating on Dr Phuct and suddenly while doing that Tom just appeared behind me and killing as you can see in the first gyazo.
He then continues to lag switch after i died as you can see in the two other gyazo's

The video shows two times that they used the lag switch. I was revived the first time and the second time I was executed. (can provide video evidence if required.)

Assuming this report goes in the way of finding the two people guilty of lag switching would I be in a position to make a compensation request for my gear set once it is all wrapped up?

I would usually be a bit iffy about actioning a report for lag switching without more evidence of their network situation. But seeing as you have multiple pieces of footage of them doing this at exactly the right time, I don't think you can put this down to lag. Add on top of that some other information about these players, I am going to action this.
