Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was being chased by the police for around 25 minutes, the situation started when I picked up a down member of the aztecas and put him into a vehicle in an attempt to aid him, No shots throughout the entire situation had ever been fired at police however on multiple occasions I was shot at and stabbed. I did not get the IDs of the police that started shooting at me in the tunnel when I was inside the boat as i was too far away however I’m sure staff have ways of finding out who it was. another member of the Triads was shot out of a police car just for getting in the car as you can see in the last clip

I would like just to Clarify when outside Pillbox i said shoot him outside pillbox but meant taser i had a taser the whole time in the whole of the situation from start to finish, even can hear me saying Stop tasing them i didn't want anyone to die and you were shot.

Is this correct Fred? 

I can confirm that was me in the video, after the incident happened i went over to the person that i shot and explained what had happened. i initially thought i had my taser out and it has a cool down so i spammed it, unfortunately i didn't realise it after the first several shots. I took the person to check in and apologised he for what had happened and got it cleared up with him. 

Yh thats correct the vehicle ran me over to ensure i wasn't able to arrest Long 

OK so, out of the clips provided this is how I am going to conclude this.

In regards to the canal situation no action is going to be taken against the killers in this as the initial rule break comes from the officer that shoots first. This person couldn't be identified. 

Next the clip where the police interceptor is stolen. I see no reason for the police to use there weapons in this situation and the police officer in shoots the people without engaging in any form of quality roleplay. For this John James will receive 1 day ban in line with this fair ban system. (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.

After leasing with other staff and people involved in the above situation this ban will be over turned. Reason for this is the officer which kills Ben Jones is not the officer that shoots first. The officer that shoots first couldn't be identified.

To add to the above situation @FultonI will be giving you a warning for the comments you mad after being shot. This falls under rule: (G4.4) When you are revived/downed: Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.

The final clip I am going to talk about is the one involving @Fred Hoe. You will be given a warning for (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM). Once again I see no reason for you to use a weapon there and you don't provide any quality roleplay beforehand. I don't want to see this again.
