Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was just leaving MRPD when someone shouted over that was injured. Upon going over to check and get them medical assistance, 304 come right at the police car, Rammed my vehicle from what I believe to injure myself to the point I would be downed. When I tried to talk to them, They drove off with their friend behind.

This is a clear case of RVDM, you tried to be nice and help someone and then the reported individual smashes into you for no reason whatsoever.
