Please (in detail) describe the incident: So myself and Tess Jones pull up to the Hospital where we met a guy in a black and white suit, he asked us a question so we answered that for him. As we were talking to him a guy in a orange car pulls up and starts giving us abuse, saying things to myself and Tess Jones in particular. He then instantly after that starts ramming into my bike and smashing through everyone around him, with clear intent to try to down us all.

He then says "You bunch of fucking retards."

Once his car breaks down his then proceeded to say, "Mate your like fourty, get off your PC you retard"

Then once again starts to ram everyone trying to down everyone.

From what I can see in the video, the reported individual was not here to provide quality RP to others around him whatsoever.

I don't think much needs to be said, we don't want people discriminating others and providing really poor roleplay here.
