Throttle queue bugged?

My mates and I were in throttle queue and all of a sudden got booted to normal queue. A video is provided below which is pretty self explanatory. I believe this is a bug as it will be really unfair for me to play as a normal civilian  after the 8PM restart.

Can vouch for this, this also happened to me, kicked from 25 in Throttle queue to 33 in Normal queue, not even given an option for Police Prio or normal Civ queue 

 
Thank you for your help in alerting us to this bug, now that all of the required information has been gathered, it's been logged with the development team who will look to fix this. ​
