Taxi NPCs appear in locations that you cannot get to

It looks like where the NPCs for Taxi Jobs spawn within a radius of your vehicle, sometimes they spawn in places you cannot reach, in this case it was inside the prison

Admittedly this is a minor bug, but I thought I'd just mention it

Thank you for your help in alerting us to this bug, now that all of the required information has been gathered, it's been logged with the development team who will look to fix this. ​

A member of the dev team went to all 143 possible locations and couldn't replicate this issue

 
Sorry, either we've been unable to reproduce this bug with enough detail, or its not been considered a bug.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your efforts, please do not be discouraged in submitting new bug reports going forward.​
