Please (in detail) describe the incident: So i was sat on the curb in my car whilst on the phone (outside the city hence why you hear someone else in the background) when some random 295 comes to my car and clearly thinks its able to be stolen and when he must notice im inside it and then runs back to his stolen local car i call him out for it. It's clearly hearable him calling me a 'B**** C***'. I chased the car down after this but he left as i rammed his car and blocked him in. Audio isnt the best because im on the phone but if you listen carefully in the opening seconds you hear him say it before i say 'whaaaat'.

Hello there and thank you for submitting a player report.

The video provided above explains it all, a random geezer tries to steal your car when he then probably get's upset because you are inside.

Then the reported individual in question proceeds to call you something racist.

It was hard to hear it in the video at first but I am able to confirm that it was said.

Keep in mind for future reference that your in-game audio is loud enough for the recording to pick up properly.
