Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was off-duty as an officer when I had to take someone to hospital and my car broke down upon arrival. I went on a bicycle to go and buy a repair kit and went back to my car, as I was fixing it, 78 came out of the hospital and pulled out a wrench and started to come towards me and ends up downing me. I asked him on OOC chat if he would like to come to TS to tell me what that was about, but I was ignored.

The video explains it all, I have had a look in our systems and we are already aware of this individual and he has already been permanently banned from the server.
