Please (in detail) describe the incident: we were driving around because he said he would take me to get drugs then proceeded to tell me he needed to kill me because he told his friend on the radio that he did. for no reason aswell considering ive only been in city with this character 3 times. but we drove around and eventually got to the beach and he killed me

At 1.20 in the video i clearly stated, if you say anoither word i will kill you. he then decides to make saracastic smart comments straight after. so i did what i said i was gonna do. he had also seen a triad with a gun so that is wwhy i dumped him. 

and i originally took him to rob him but then gave him his stuff back as i felt bad for the poor fella. i didnt just kidnap him for no reason

you cant just shoot someone for a sarcastic comment. its rp mate. irl you wouldnt blow someones head off for a small sarcastic comment. you were bored and the clip shows

and when someone has shown a gun and has expressed that they are going to kill you, you wouldnt then make a sarcastic IRL eithier

After reviewing the footage in this report I have come to the following conclusion.

@marshkieanif someone threaten you with a gun saying if you say another word you will be killed you should expect to also be killed if you do come up with a sarcastic comment.

Due to above this report will be denied.
