Time of the incident (GMT) 24hr Format: 1933

What best describes this incident ?: RDM & COMBAT LOG

Please (in detail) describe the incident: An unknown player crashes into my car whilst driving on the road then starts asking to buy my car so i tell him to fuck off as he slammed into my car - https://youtu.be/0zG7OSOEuek

later on the unknown player pulls up to us whilst i was at the gas station and is asking for the owner of the car (me) i felt that he sounded pissed by the way he was speaking so i decided to not tell him it belonged to me, i follow him around whilst he drives around my car then he pulls a pistol out and says "dont follow me" so i did exactly that and stopped following him then he reversed his bike up shot me anyway then tried driving away to where he instantly gets shot by my friend - https://youtu.be/3nJwAv7y-J0

while my fried attempts to get him in the car so we can go dump him he then combat logs - https://youtu.be/vdtAvXFfZo0

i don't have his id but if you check the logs at 19:33 on September 22nd you can see who did it.

i wouldn't normally report someone without id but people like this dont belong in the community if his doing childish things like this.

he's cut parts out , can hardly remember this but from what i do remember , words were had before this which lead to me telling him to get out the car

Hello @Jaxsonand @SteveMartin

First things first without sufficient evidence being submitted with it being cut down into segments there is no way i will be able to look into the RDM claims in the report

The player reported has also already been banned for a separate report however the player had attempted to resolve the situation in OOC after reconnecting.

now as for @Jaxsonand your friend (unable to tag) firstly, i would like to remind you of the rule

(G3.3) Hot Mic - While external communications are discouraged, if used, you must hot-mic all communications that have been made over any external methods or phone conversation when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via any external methods or phone conversation and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you, you are restrained or your hands are up), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear.

You should ideally be using communications in game, and if for whatever reason you are not these communications should be hotmiced in game when it can have an effect on the roleplay.

Alternate Action Taken

@JaxsonAnd Oakley jay - warning G3.3.

Your report has been dealt with, but perhaps not in the way you originally envisaged.

Whether this is beneficial or disadvantageous to you will depend entirely on the situation, and staff will have taken the most-appropriate action in the circumstances.
