Please provide full detail and evidence: Logged into GTA, then logged off instantly because I needed to go elsewhere for a few minutes. Logged back in and I was bleeding out. Don't have any footage of me dying as I didn't have OBS running that quickly, nor do I have footage of me respawning. Spoke with a staff member this morning who confirmed me respawning and the items I lost.
