Please (in detail) describe the incident: I try to jump on someone's bike while they are busy dealing drugs, he locks the bike before I can get on, then punches me for it, and then he pulls out a knife, he starts stabbing me as I pull mine out and try to defend myself. He says nothing until I'm dead.

I tried to resolve in OOC (once with the wrong ID, I said 60) and after the video ends I try again saying can 66 come ts3 and he didn't respond.

Good morning,

I have been on the fence with this one because i think on one hand no words are exchanged really so no quality roleplay has happened before this stabbing. Then on the other hand i am thinking you are choosing to go up to a obvious drug dealer and steal his bike as he is selling drugs.. what do you expect to happen.

However, this is a roleplay server so roleplay should always be provided.. now in this situation as it was such a quick thing to happen so suddenly he probably didnt even have time to think whilst trying to lock his bike, finish selling drugs and pull a knife which is why the speaking part never happened (we all know us men cannot multitask). 

So, i will be banning ID 66 (Bob Mclurry) for 24 hours based of this video and the fact that not a word was said before a man was dead. Lets not forget either, you pulled a knife to "defend yourself" but if you had managed to somehow kill him first.. you also did not speak a word and would also be getting a ban for RDM on this same principle @terkiey
