Local Boat De-spawning after transferring items from vehicle inventory

Hello there,

Since I do not have a boat ive been using the local boasts around the city. 

I've found that if I try to move anything from the trunk into my inventory, it will de-spawn the boat. This also sometimes happens when throwing items on the ground when in  boat.

Steps:
1) Get local boat from anywhere on the coast
2) Put some fish in the trunk of the boat
2) Try to transfer items from the trunk to your inventory
3) Boat will disappear

4) Same sometimes happens when throwing items on the floor when in a boat.

Actual results:
Boat de-spawns, leaving you in the ocean

Expected results:
Should not de-spawn boat

Do you have a video of this occurring by any chance @Captmorg?

I feel like this happens when you try and move inventory while still fishing.

I do not have any footage right now, ill try to get some ASAP. 

Are you able to replicate?
