Please (in detail) describe the incident: Responding to an injured male outside Ammunation when i was ran down at high speed in a blatant and clear RVDM, no remorse, ran off afterwards to find another vehicle to continue the same antics, did not respond to any OOC. A fairly common occurrence these sorts of individuals during the days at weekends.
