Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on a general patrol when these 2 guys got inside my Ambulance and started being troublesome, these guys were involved in stealing an ambulance earlier in the day so i locked them inside and pushed my panic button. Once i did so, 169 who was in the back seat of my Ambulance used Racism in a /Me Message.
