Please provide full detail and evidence: Hello! I purchased all the available upgrades for my Ducati Multistrada, license plate AH04 UBA, upon purchasing it on the 04/07/2021. They seem to have been lost with the recent changes similar to a few other cases, not sure on the exact date when the upgrades disappeared.
The prices for upgrading this once more would be £90.125 as of now (new modification prices)

After having a closer look at our logs, I am able to confirm these purchases were made on the 04/07/2021. 

Seeing as these upgrades are no longer applied to your vehicle, as a result of the glitch which affected quite a few other vehicles the same way, I'll be issuing you the £90,125, as per the new modification prices, so that you can reapply these modifications to your Ducati once more.
