Crashing under Olympic Freeway

It has been an occurrence for a while now that often when I take this route beneath Olympic freeway my game crashes

This doesn't happen every time but it does happen often, now it might be down to me using an Nvidia GPU as I know it sometimes has issues but then again it might be an asset cause issues. 

I frequently used to have this issue! Anywhere near Ballas and my game seems to stutter significantly for a moment then be fine, it will on the odd occasion crash as well, I am also using an Nvidia GPU specifically a 3090 MSI card.

Have frequently started getting these random crashes again as well.

Hello, I believe this may be a clientside issue as opposed to a server one. For this reason I will be rejecting this bug report. If any more information arises, or a larger volume of users begin experiencing this, feel free to re-open the bug report.
