Dispatch menus on wrong time zone

Short and (hopefully) simple - The distance menus are still show BST, instead of GMT. 

Below screenshot is wrong a dispatch for Police that happened at 13:45.

Was it not fine before and for some reason it changed or am I going crazy? 😂

 
Thank you for your help in alerting us to this bug, now that all of the required information has been gathered, it's been logged with the development team who will look to fix this. ​
