In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hello, I was banned originally for exploiting just over 6 months ago I had been playing the server for around 2 months before I got banned with no real issues. Getting banned and not being part of the community for 6 months is why I want to get back on I have learnt how much i have missed the community and wish to be back involved talking to old friends. During my time being banned nothing has came close to this server and the people on it. I was banned for a glitched that happened in the casino around 6 months ago. The '' exploiting'' happened when i tried to get chips out of the casino and it would let you take them but would not take the money off you so it was essentially giving out free money. The first time I did it was just to genuinely try and get some chips out then i realised it wasn't charging me so i tried it again and did not get charged. This is when I called over my friends to come and see if they was having the same issue which they was. Looking back i should have reported the problem to staff instead of my friends however they was in the casino and I wasn't really thinking. I did do a / report in game to try and get the staff members attention about the issue but nobody had replied and then after the reset I was perm banned I message staff closer to the time asking to resolve the issue but they just told me i had to wait 6 months. Thanks.

Why should we unban you ?: Like I said I have been in many city's while I have been banned and not one has came close to being as good and as popular. I truly have missed going in the city and talking to everyone involved. I also believe I should be unbanned because I have improved in all RP scenarios and could bring some good RP to the city. Also as this happened 6 months ago and I still want to come back in the city just shows how much I want to be part of the community again and I want it to stay that way.

Ah, Tom.... 

I remember this entire Casino Chip fiasco as it was panning out... 

Was it worth it? You were a part of our community for a little bit of time, got yourself setup and then decided to take a bit of free money after an update thinking you wouldn't be caught. 

And what was even more stupid was you thought getting a group of your friends involved would be a good idea. 

Please quote the server rule you think you broke, explain to me in your own words why such a rule is in place on our server.

Also explain to me if you can why you think you deserve to be unbanned considering the first time round you accumulated yourself 4 bans, not including the permanent one.  

Firstly It was not like i went out of my way to get loads of money. I simply went to get some chips out of the casino and it gave me them for Free. Like I said I should have told the admin about the issue Instead of asking my friends if it was happening to them but as they was in the casino I asked if they was having the same issue which they were. About 5 Mins after the issue Father was in the casino and he was having the same issue as i was speaking to him about it that is when the admin came and fixed the problem. I did not think anything of it really i just assumed the money would get took off us. If I was to be put in the situation today I would not have mentioned the issue to my friends and would of just reported the issue straight away to my Friends. 

Also all of my previous bans was never serious i would say i was in the community for around 3 months and got banned around 4 times like you said. However this was my fist ever server so i was still learning what you could and could not do. This was also was when the server was at its biggest i believe so whenever you did one thing wrong no matter on the scenario you would get banned  I never had body cam so I could never defend myself but once i got in to the server I started playing with one on and had never been banned since until this ban. Also since I got banned from this server I carried on different servers none of them was as good however I know no all the Rules and what can be done and what cannot. 

Also I broke the Exploiting Rule which is in place to stop players gaining an unfair advantage on others for something that should not be in the game. For example if i was to have kept the money and got no Ban for this i would have an unfair advantage on everyone in the city.

Given the severity of your ban, regardless of what you claim your intentions were or not, the only possible outcome I can see here is a complete account wipe and you start from fresh. 

Not only this, any further bans for exploiting or any severe rule break will result in an immediate permanent without a chance to ever appeal it.
