Novak SUV unable to switch weapons inside while inside.

Nothing too long here, basically if you jump in a Novak you will not be able to switch weapons or flip the finger.

If you jump in with a weapon and it's equipped you can't swap to your hands so you'll always jump out with a weapon in your hands.

Just the Novak that this has happened in, jumped in different kind of vehicles to test, works fine in those.
