Please (in detail) describe the incident: 164 was put insid ea cell, he used a animation to get out of the cell (C2.2 Exploiting) as seen here - https://youtu.be/xH9l76nhxH0 and after being put back into the cell he logged off to avoid being charged (C2.3 Combat Logging) as seen here -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSwOPgmfavk was unable to get them on TS as they had logged off, excuse my bunged up nose, got a bit of a cold atm
