Please provide full detail and evidence: was on the hospital bed in pillbox and a random police officer who is not in uniform came up to me for no reason cuffs me and takes my weapon and ammo off me while im cuffed on the bed and proceeds to just run off

This needs to be completed as a player report first. Once there is a successful outcome of that confirming a rule break, compensation can be considered. I will reject this for now.
