Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had 2 guns and 1 tazer pointed at him and said we would shoot him if he didn't put his hands on his head yet he ignored us and tried to drive away before telling his friends to come over his radio which is when we shoot him. I believe this is quite self explanatory.

Hello, I will summarise everything involved in this report and then move forward to an outcome.

After looking over the evidence a few times, it is quite clear that ID 477 had no regard for their life when playing, they were having a good chat with you and after a few minutes you decided to rob them, everything was perfectly fine till then until you told them to put their hands up and they proceeded to keep their hands down and not listen to your commands, there were 2 guns and 1 taser involved there and 477 still did not care at all.

477 should have complied with the orders and kept their hands up and went with the situation rather than trying to evade and then end up getting shot.
