Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a few people were going around robbing tonight and we saw this man outside marabunta alone so we decided to try and rob him. When we approached we realised he was afked and tried to get his attention before we left. I tried to contact him through ooc chat with his ID but got no response that I saw.

Indeed from watching your video you and your friend do try and rob 901 however they are indeed afk at the time when you tried to get their attention for around 2 minutes before having to leave. Within the rule itself C1.13 we do ask that if players are afk for 5 minutes or longer to log off the server for a few reasons, One being to give the spot to someone who is there and to make sure situations like this don't unfold. We do understand real life comes first overall but if you do need to afk for a few minutes then it's highly suggested not to do it in the open. 

Upon checking previous punishments for 901 I can see they haven't been in trouble in the past, So based on that I will be issuing a warning for 901 for C1.13.
