Please (in detail) describe the incident: He did on several occasions say the "F" word several times. The video speaks for itself. We did not try to resolve this in TS, as I don't think that would help in this situation.

EDIT: You will hear clearly from 13:30 the words he is using.

Throughout the video he was also heard breaking RP multiple times talking about doing things before he gets banned for logging off the server. At 2:40 in the video, a few seconds after you can also hear the fellow saying homophobic slurs as well. As you can see we're trying to play it off as best as possible with the people around us but he clearly isn't here to RP and just here to mess about with everyone on the server until he's banned as he actively knows through out the video that he will be banned for his actions.

The individual in question in this report has already been permanently banned from our server. I've gone ahead and watched the video as a whole and they did indeed breach C1.2 (Discrimination) whilst in the cells overall.
