Thank you for taking the time to make a player report. Overall this report is pretty clear on what happened, When asked to drop items when being robbed 692 indeed didn't value their life and wanted to be shot and downed instead and went onto combat log. As 692 did break two rules one being combat logging mid situation I will be issuing a Permanent ban on 692 for this and for not valuing their life.
