Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was driving down to clothes store to with my friend when all of a sudden this car ID 469 decided to ram right into my friend and down him after this the police tried to stop him and he sped of in his vehicle

@Brendxn& @LxvzqIt does appear you both reported the same person twice for the same thing so I'll address both in this report here since I would require the same evidence from either one of you. In relation to RVDM claims the same as RDM claims we would need evidence 3-5 minutes prior to this happening overall. Do either of you have this additional evidence to show this was indeed RVDM?

Without additional evidence it would be difficult to prove RVDM since we wouldn't know for sure there wasn't any prior interaction between you and your friend and the person being reported. So with that being said I'll be denying the report based on this.

Just for future reference, If you are reporting someone for the same situation only one report would be required and all evidence can be applied to the same report (Or your friend posting his POV if they was directly involved in the situation). Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
