Please (in detail) describe the incident: 2 individuals in a red sultan were circling around the police station whilst I was looking for the person I was patrolling with (just restarted my game). I come out, some guy talks about him having 100k worth of tickets, as I'm RPU, I inform him of what could happen if he has that many unpaid tickets, and then the guy in the red sultan shoots me with any RP. I asked in OOC why he shot me and as seen in the gyazo I "threatened to scrap his friends vehicle". I did not attempt to go to TS as I don't believe this will get sorted through a TS conversation. Not exactly sure who shot me so just make sure to check the logs please .

I was talking to a friend and this man but into our conversation threating to scrap car's after his only just arrested me not so long ago i dont think that's a random death match if I was to just shoot without even speaking that would be

Also you can't just go threating gang members and expect nothing to happen

Didn’t mean to threaten anyone, just wanted to let him know what can happen if he doesn’t pay his tickets. However, how am I supposed to know that you are friends let alone gang members? You were in fully blacked out clothing in a local sultan and from my perspective you weren’t talking like you knew the guy in the green car very well.

Rather just let the staff team decide what they think as I believe this is a very clear case of RDM which I personally don't want/don't think can be solved through TS.
Just my honest opinion

Let the staff deal with it  I know its not  RDM but i could of gone about it better 

Ok, I've given enough time for you to realise your mistake and attempt to solve it. Shooting someone because they said that your friends car could get scrapped and then drawing a gun is not good RP at all and there for is a rule break of G1.2 

ID 55 will receive a 1 day ban for G1.2
