Unfortunately you've not understood that houses around Los Santos are already occupied by the citizens of Los Santos. The Car Generators exist around the entire map in people's drive ways. This is something we cant unfortunately fix for every player and every house. You're essentially squatting in terms of gta but in server teams you own the house.
As a dev team we wont be changing this. If a car spawns in your house drive way please just move it.
