Items Lost On Arrival to the City.

I died of starvation inside of my house right before the Storm hit. After it i spawned right outside of my house door dead. Someone came and picked me up and i got help at the hospital. As soon as i got out of the bed i didn't have any of my items. EVERYTHING was gone. 
Now i only had few supplies which didn't matter much.
But i also had my Hunting rifle and my Fishing rod and both meant a lot to me.

I don't see how i could of had any proof. I had no idea this would happened. I was assuming there would be some sort of LOGS of what i've had. Tho im probably wrong here.
