Towing job showing wrong location. Deleting it'self and re-listing

Please find the video attached showing the bug. Same license plate but giving wrong GPS location and then deleting itself and re-listing

This isn't a bug, this would be police re-adding the vehicle to the impound list which deletes the old job (the vehicle was probably duplicated which'd be how it was in two different locations).
