Please (in detail) describe the incident: CID were conducting a sting op on a cocaine production group. Upon police arrival, a scout noticed the police arriving to the lab and this guy logged out. the time may be a little off, but the person who logged out owns that phone number.

Hello there. 

Am I right to assume that the person you are texting with is another officer and the other number shown on your phone is the person who combat logged? 

If so, even if we connect the number to a person, that still does not give me sufficient evidence to action a report as I can not properly connect the number to the person breaking a rule in your video. Do you have more footage by any chance?

How are we looking on this Anonymous Monkey? Any more footage?

Sadly, there really is not much more. Could you not connect the owner of the phone number to the time that he logged out?

Unfortunately, that will give me circumstantial evidence at best and simply not enough to action a ban. What I will do tho, is put a note on the person. If he did it once, he probably will do it again. 

This however, I will have to deny due to lack of evidence.
