Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on a training patrol and we was responding to reports of a possible stabbing at casino. On arrival our attention is drawn to the male in cuffs as he apparently assaulted #75 which he was arrested for. However 75 decided to break character and threaten to report the other individual which completely ruined the scene.

Things like this come down to common sense, hence the report. To take the action that #75 did clearly shows the rules were not read and if they were, no regard was made for them. Ultimately ruining the experience of others.
