[POLICE] Make forceful entry to vehicles

At the moment, I am not able to as a police officer to make forceful entry into local vehicles. Not had the same issue with player owned vehicles. Not sure if this is intended to be as such but thought I'd make people aware if it's not.

 
Hello @PJ Shinoda-Adamshas this been resolved since your report or are you still unable to gain access to local vehicles?
