After buying this vehicle today, I noticed the max suspension Does not stick to the car I bought it twice and it failed to stick twice thought it was my error at first, But after parking it and Taking it back out and putting it on again, its appears it does not stick when installing the upgrade

 
Hello @DevilWalkI take it the suspension resets to the stock variant after parking and pulling the vehicle back out?

According to the devs this is vanilla GTA logic with the T3 suspension being the same as the stock one and as such isn't classed as a bug/cannot be fixed.

 
Sorry, either we've been unable to reproduce this bug with enough detail, or its not been considered a bug.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your efforts, please do not be discouraged in submitting new bug reports going forward.​
