In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned, due to me making and deleting repeatedly, whilst continuing to go casino and using the starting money to gamble . This can be seen as exploiting C2.2 as using the starting to money to go casino to win big is a major rule break and should be taken seriously.

Why should we unban you ?: After 1.5 months of being banned I have been able to reflect on my actions and learn from my mistakes and I hope that whoever deals with my report can see that, I have been playing this server for many months now, and have just over 1000 hours which has been played on mainly one character which is Kyle Nelk he is a well know criminal to police force and has quite the criminal record which took a grind and a half to have but I am happy I have it as I enjoy the reaction police have when viewing Kyle Nelk profile he has also connected with many unique people within the server, I have played over 1000 hours on this server and to receive a perm ban upsets me deeply. I have taken the time away to learn from my mistake and it is devastating not being able to continue the role play while improving my role playing skills as an individual. I am sorry for these mistake which should've never happened I have went over the rules multiple times since my ban to make sure I am up to date with everything and to make sure that this never happens again, and I hope you can look over my report and see that I am ready to come back to the city, and that something like this will never happen again and that I just want to get back to developing my character making him the best he can be within the city and make more connections within. I apricate the time to look over my report and I am happy to answer any questions you have, to show I am serious and wanting to make a change, and I hope my mistakes can be seen as something I learn from .

I've had a look at your history with us and since October 2021 you've managed to get 4 warnings for various rule breaks and two historic bans. So with this in mind and by your own words over 1000 hours played you'd expect to know better. I have a hard time believing you didn't know what you was doing wasn't allowed so you will have a quiet a bit of convincing to do. 

So with that in mind we will start with a few questions. Why did you make multiple characters and run to the casino over and over? 

What was the goal in doing this?

You said you've worked hard at your Kyle Nelk character, Why didn't you just go to the casino on this character?

Thankyou for having a look over my report and giving me this opportunity to try and explain myself, I will admit  since October I  have made some mistakes however I  believe I have learnt from these mistakes in the pass and happened because i didnt have much time in the server and didnt take it seriously however  the more I play  the more invested I got into the server and take it much more serious then before. The reason on why I thought making new  characters and deleting them wasn't a rule break, is because I  thought that the action of transfer items or money over was the rule break and didnt know the creating new character fell into the category of  exploiting as I thought me simply making a character gambolling then deleting gave me no advantage and simply just allowed me to enjoy having the option to gamble when I wanted, however this was my mindset before the ban and I can now clearly see how this is a rule break and can be seen as exploiting, as constantly being able to go to the casino can give many advantages that shouldn't be allowed , but because I wasn't thinking about using any of these advantages or transferring i saw it as something that would be okay to do and that there wouldn't be any consequences . After my 1.5 month ban and being able to reflect i can 100% understand why i was banned and i fully take all blame and hopefully i can show that after this ban i have learnt and no more silly mistakes will be made on my return to the city.

The reasoning for making multiple characters and going to casino was because I enjoyed winning and the satisfaction of winning against the dealer and when i had no mates around and had no money on kylie nelk instead of going and making money by myself i would wait until i had some friends online and whilst waiting  i saw it as an easy route  to make a new character go casino win and after the satisfaction of winning i would delete the character, not once did i transfer any money over to my other character or anyone in the city i would simply win and then delete the character. My goal in doing this was to simply supply my self with easy satisfaction of winning and saw it as an easy route to do with little work as i would be able to start with 30k and if i was to lose this i could simply make a new character and start over. The reason why I didnt go casino on Kyle Nelk was because when i saw that i can make new character and that the affect of winning or losing would not  affect my progress on my main character i stuck with making new characters instead of losing it all on Kyle nelk, If i was to come back to the city i would make it so i wouldn't create another character unless they was staying around for minimum 1 month in game and had a purpose to be in the city.  I am now ready to grind and make money on kyle nelk even when my friends are not around and i given my self a goal to achieve so that i will always have something to do and work towards within the city.

So what would of happened should you of won in the casino? In relation to the characters you made and deleted where was the character growth, As from looking over the ban it was just a way to not use your own money and simply rinse and repeat until you won. 

You've mentioned you enjoy to gamble with someone who knows nothing, You could of made one character and progressed their story and did this without breaking any rules, So why didn't this happen over the latter ?

in the relation to winning big, on 1 or 2 of the characters created i won up to 250k which can be seen as big, but not once did i try or attempt to use the money any where else apart from the casino, i would just keep gambling until i went back to 0 and had my fun even if i was to get to 500k i would continue until i had nothing left as at the time i didnt see the rule break in making characters at the time but i saw the rule break in transfer money across or continuing the progress once i made it big, this is why i didnt continue with the new characters or transfer any of the money.

This was my mistake as each character i made i didnt really consider progressing them as I only played Kyle Nelk as the main character, i take full responsibility for these actions and i regret every time I created a new character with any intention of progressing them onwards, however over the 1.5 month ban i have already done i have been able to think about the actions i done and the reasoning on why i was banned, i fell like i have learnt my lesson and something like this will not happen again, as i am fully aware of each rule now in detail.

As mention i take full responsibility of not progressing Kyle Nelk, however instead ii used  other characters money so that i could go to the casino without any repercussions on Kyle Nelk , this will not happen again and i feel like i am ready to come back to the server and focus purely on Kyle Nelk and his story within the city, i have another police character that i also enjoy playing and like i said from now if  a new character is made i will make sure to progress and make a story for them to make the RP a lot more interesting not only for me but for everyone else, continuing to re create and delete characters will not happen again and i can promise you if i was to be given a  chance  i can prove to the admins that it wont be  a mistake to unban me and that i will provide good RP within the city and make it interbeing for all.

Can you quote the rule you have broken and in your own words explain why you believe we have such a rule in place? 

In relation to bans such as these if we we're to allow you another chance this will come at a cost. You currently have 4 characters so three of them will be deleted and the remaining will receive a full wipe, What I mean by this is your money, Inventory, vehicles ect will be removed. I'd assume from this appeal the character you would like to keep is Kyle Nelk? If so and we allow you another chance do you agree to these terms?

The rule in which I broke is G2.2 Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future. 

I believe this  rule is in place so that it can stop the people who gain information they shouldn't use and instead use it as it gives players who find an exploit an unfair advantage and something that isn't allowed  in the game.  It ruins the RP experience  for everyone else if you were to have knowledge of an  exploit and use it to get  out of a certain RP situation, for example not allowing your self to get arrested so you found  an exploit to avoid the arrest, all this does is ruins the RP for everyone else and makes it so the exploiter always wins. Exploiting is a very serious rule and should be taken seriously as if it wasn't then many players wouldn't take the server serious as they would be able to gain whatever they wanted without being stopped.

The character I am appealing for is Kyle Nelk, I agree to these term and I am happy for the other 3 characters to be deleted and  to have a fresh start on Kyle Nell , if given a second I will make sure i improve and make sure this unban wasn't a mistake.

I'm happy to give you another chance within the community as you do seem to have a better understanding for the rules and it has been a few months since the ban was placed. I've gone ahead and requested a full wipe on Kyle Nelk and deletion of the other three characters you have. Please note this will take a bit of time to be completed and we will update you once this has been done. When this has been done we will go ahead and issue the unban.
