Please provide full detail and evidence: i was at the casino and i had a 10K hand, which i had split and got blackjack and i won on a 20, i dont have any physical evidence on my behalf, but there was 2 players at my table when it happened, Karen Mackee and A reggie, if you can ask them if needed, i should of won 45,000 in chips but everyones head popped and it didnt register.

Hi @iAmMxrquesUnfortunately without video evidence I cannot compensate you for this incident. I recommend for future to always have some sort of recording software running incase anything like this happens again so we can assist further. I do apologise and hope you can understand why we cannot issue compensation in this instance.
