Please provide full detail and evidence: I put the date as the 8th but i'm unsure if it was before or after midnight so it could be the 9th.

I was at the casino when midway through my bet my internet provider had an outage. I wasn't the only person to experience this as Luke, the person i was with who has the same provider, experienced the same issue.

Unfortunately, we do not compensate for issues that cause players to disconnect unintentionally unless it was caused by a fault with the server.

In this case your internet has gone out causing you to disconnect from the server. This is an issue that we could never really validate completely and therefor we cannot give compensation for this issue.
