Please (in detail) describe the incident: Guy was hanging around Mission Row baiting the police and was somehow shot by someone driving past. We were taking him to Paleto Hospital for treatment as in RP we said it was the nearest Hospital with an operating theatre available. He wasn't happy that we didnt take him to the pillbox and asked to be treated on the roadside. When we refused he then threatened to "Pop his head" and combat logged on the Los Santos Freeway. We waited for a few minutes and he came back, threatened us with "the gods" and said openly that he was going to pop his head again and then vanished.

We came back 20 minutes later to find some other people saying he was in the middle of the road and taken to Pillbox.

So upon reviewing the video 603 was down on Los Santos Freeway and upon going to them they did say: What's your badge number as the gods are coming to see you now.

Then he asks for the badge number multiple times and then goes to say I'll just pop my head again boys to where they combat log. It's clear there was RP that happened prior to them being injured however this doesn't mean they had the right to break four rules in the process one being combat logging, Threatening to report, Using the session heads within RP and not roleplaying their injuries.

As this report is straight forward 603 will be receiving a permanent ban for the rules mentioned. Hope you have a wonderful day!
