Please (in detail) describe the incident: Im a police officer, and im sick of players taking the piss out of my lisp and thinking its funny so im reporting everyone who does it

As the player has already been banned for a different offence, I'll make a note on our panel in regards to this report.

Obviously people making fun of your lisp, after you've told them to stop, is not acceptable.
