Please (in detail) describe the incident: 328 was arrested for kidnap etc and was not been speaking at all, and was typing on OOC rp'ing, I tried to speak to him many times however he was not saying anything. He even disconnected and then relogged (hence the new player id 444) unknown if this was a game crash or an attempt to see if relogging would get him out the prison cells.

This player seems to be fairly new to the server so to take that into account,
