What best describes this incident ?: C2.2/C2.3
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was dealing with an individual who had been arrested for possession of a knife as I was walking down I noticed a probie that hadn't observed an arrest and custody procedure so I asked if he wanted to observe, as we were heading to the fingerprint room, 287 kept doing an animation that removed him from my escort, he done this twice, I didn't actually know what he was doing so I asked as you can see, after this as we were walking to the cells he kept asking for me to remove him from handcuffs, I kept denying as he wasn't in the cell, as soon as I uncuffed him though and went on my PNC to search for him, I heard a load of noise come from the cell so decided to come off my PNC and watch him for a little, it was at this point I realised that he was trying to escape the cells by jumping around and ragdolling, and when he couldn't do this, he combat logged to avoid punishment.
The reason I've put C2.2 and C2.3 is because I'm not sure exactly which one it would come under, if not both.
